Priyanka Kandhal, MD is a Pediatric and Emergency Medicine Physician with UT Health San Antonio.
Jeff Holst is cofounder of Colin’s Hope, A nonprofit recommended by the Texas Pediatric Society that has videos and materials for pediatric clinics that can be sent on drowning prevention.
Jennifer Poteat has a master’s degree from Dell Medical School and is Executive Director of Colin’s Hope.

Pediatrics Now Host and Producer Holly Wayment interviews UT Health San Antonio and University Hospital Pediatric E.R. Doctor Priyanka Kandhal about recent drownings and also a child left in a hot car. She talks to Jeff Holst and Jennifer Poteat about swimming safety and resources for pediatricians. Holst opens up about the tragic loss of his son and his nonprofit he hopes will help others.
